Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients:
1 cup Ice
6 oz. Cold brew coffee
2 oz. Milk
2 tbsp Big Train Horchata Blended Crème Mix
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Coconut Syrup
1 tbsp DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
Toasted coconut flakes, garnish
Espresso beans, garnish
Instructions:
Step 1 In a drink shaker, combine ice, coffee, milk, Big Train Horchata Blended Crème Mix, and DaVinci Gourmet Coconut Syrup. Cover and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds or until well blended.
Step 2 Drizzle the inside of pint-size glass or cup with DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce. Add drink mixture to prepared cup.
Step 3 Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and espresso beans. Serve & enjoy!
Extra Twist: This mixture can be converted to a frappé by blending ingredients rather than shaking them in a shaker cup. Try this drink with other Big Train mixes such as espresso, mint, mocha, chocolate peanut butter, or your favorite mix.
