Mexican Mocha Frappé


Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 cup      Ice
5 oz.       Cold brew coffee
¼ cup     Big Train Mocha Blended Ice Coffee Mix
¼ cup     Big Train 20 Below Frozen Hot Chocolate Mix
½ oz.      DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Syrup
1 pinch   Cayenne pepper
DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce, garnish
Crushed shortbread cookie, garnish

Instructions:

Step 1  Combine all ingredients except garnish in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2  Rim a pint-size glass with DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce and coat with crushed shortbread cookies.
Step 3  Pour blended frappé into prepared glass.

Extra Twist: The cayenne pepper adds a touch of heat to this frozen drink. However, you can substitute less spicy types of chili powder or omit altogether. Turn this into a boozy shake by adding coconut-flavored rum, crème de cocoa, or coffee liqueur. This drink can also be served over ice rather than being blended.
