Berry Pucker Martini

Ingredients:

1 tsp. Lemon or sanding sugar
2 cups Ice, divided
3 oz. Citron vodka, divided
2 oz. Island Oasis Lemonade
0.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Lemonade Syrup
1 oz. Island Oasis Strawberry
1 oz. Island Oasis Wildberry
5-6 drops of Foam, optional
Fresh Strawberry and lemon slice for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rim a coupe or martini glass with fresh lemon and lemon sugar. Set aside.
2. Combine half of the ice and half of the vodka in a cocktail shaker with the Island Oasis Lemonade and DaVinci Syrup. Shake vigorously until well blended.
3. Pour into the glass.
4. Rinse shaker glass and fill with remaining ice, vodka, Island Oasis Strawberry and Wildberry purees and add foam if desired. Shake vigorously until well blended and frothy.
5. Pour mixture over a bar spoon into the side of the glass over the lemon mixture being careful not to pour too quickly so the strawberry mixture stays above the lemon mix below it.
6. Garnish with the lemon slice and strawberry as desired.
