Creamy French vanilla ice cream is blended with whole milk, DVG Cookie Butter Syrup, and DVG Chocolate Sauce until smooth. It’s served in a tall shake glass topped with whipped cream, then sprinkled with crushed cookie crumbs and a small brownie on a cocktail pick on the rim.
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients:
3 cups French vanilla ice cream
¾ oz. DaVinci Cookie Butter Syrup
2 Tbsp. DaVinci Chocolate Sauce
1 cup Whipped cream
1 tsp. Biscoff cookies, crushed
1 small Brownie
Instructions:
Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and well blended. If the mixture is too thick, stir with a spoon, then blend again.
Step 2 Pour mixture into a tall glass. Top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with the cookie crumbs and balance the brownie on the rim of the glass. Serve.
Add A Twist: For a boozy shake, add 1 ½ oz. of dark rum, Irish cream or bourbon to the blender with the other ingredients before blending.
