Chocolate Chip Cookie Latte


This layered latte has all the elements of a chocolate chip cookie. 1% milk is whipped with DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup and poured into a coffee cup. Rich espresso is mixed with DaVinci Cookie Butter Syrup then drizzled on top with a cocoa flavored whipped cream topped with chocolate chip cookie crumbs. 

Yield: 1 drink

Ingredients:


1 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. Dark cocoa powder
1 tsp. DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
1/3 cup Skim milk
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup
2 shots Prepared espresso
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Cookie Butter Syrup
1 small Chocolate chip cookie, crumbled

Instructions:

Step 1  Combine the heavy cream and cocoa powder in a whipped cream dispenser. Charge with an IO dispenser and shake 3-4 times. Refrigerate until needed. Spread the chocolate sauce onto the rim of a coffee mug. 
Step 2  Steam milk and Brown Sugar Syrup in a steaming pitcher until hot and frothy. Pour mixture into the coffee mug.
Step 3  Slowly add the espresso and Cookie Butter Syrup into the mug. Top with the prepared cocoa whipped cream and top with crumbled chocolate chip cookie crumbs. Serve.
