The brown sugar bourbon delight is a luscious blend of sweet Island Oasis Yogurt Mix, smooth chocolate bourbon, creamy espresso, and DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup, lightly smoked with vanilla wood chips and garnished with a butter cookie, whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.

Ingredients:
1 cup Ice
4 oz. Island Oasis Yogurt Mix
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon Ball Chocolate Flavored Bourbon
2 oz. Espresso concentrate
1/2 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup
Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
Step 1 Rim a cordial glass by dipping the top of the glass into the caramel sauce. Transfer the glass to the coconut mixture and transfer to a small sheet pan. Freeze until ready to serve.
Step 2 Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Remove rimmed cordial glass from freezer. Double strain the mixture into the glass. Serve with a dusting of cocoa if desired.
