Golden Turmeric Mangoberry Smoothie


Sunny and fruit–forward, this mango smoothie gets a warm turmeric glow and a creamy plant–based finish with almond or oat milk. A dramatic (optional) wildberry swirl adds menu–worthy visuals, while whipped cream and sprinkles bring playful flair.

Serves: 1
Makes: 16 oz.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups ice
5 ounces Island Oasis Shelf Stable Mango Mix
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
4 ounces almond or oat milk
1 Tbsp Island Oasis Shelf Stable Wildberry Pom Mix (optional)
½ cup whipped cream (optional)
Colored sugar or freeze–dried gummy worm powder (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1 Pre–freeze a 16 oz glass until well chilled.
Step 2 In a blender, combine ice, mango mix, turmeric, and almond or oat milk (reserve wildberry pom mix). Blend until smooth.
Step 3 Drizzle the wildberry pom mix into the chilled glass and swirl to create a design on the inside of the glass. Immediately add the blended mixture.
Step 4 Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with colored sugar or crushed freeze–dried candy, if desired. Serve.

Extra Twist:

Turn it tropical with a splash of dark rum, tequila, or vodka before blending.
For an elevated mimosa riff, portion the liquids into champagne flutes and top with champagne.

Tasting Notes:

Turmeric adds a subtle earthy warmth while helping maintain the smoothie’s sunny yellow hue. The wildberry drizzle creates a striking webbed contrast against the yellow base.
